Q: Where can I get a copy of the assembly instructions for my Mosinet?

Q: What size do the Nets fold down to for packing away?

A: The single bed net folds down to a disk about 40cms in diameter. The disk is then about 2 to 3cms thick. The double bed net folds down to a disk about 45cms in diameter by about 3 to 4cms thick.

Q: Will the double net fit a King size bed?

A: The double bed net will fit around the mattress of a UK King size bed. It will not fit round the whole bed.

Q: What if I buy a Mosinet and I don't like it or cannot get on with it?

A: For UK and EU purchases we offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you purchase a net and find that you do not get on with it or it does not meet your requirements. You must return the net to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We regret we cannot refund post and packing unless there is a defect with the net. We regret we can only offer refund on goods purchased outside the EU if they are defective.

Q: What are your delivery times?

A: Despatch is by UK Royal Mail first class post. We try to send out nets within 24 hours of the order being received and paid for. Sometimes however we may be low on stock so we ask that you allow up to 28 days just in case. If you need a net urgently then please email us to see if we have sufficient stock and how long the order will take. We can arrange for special or courier delivery if required (an extra charge is made for these services).
